Dioramas: Illustrating Biblical Stories

A diorama is a model used to represent a scene with 3-D figures in miniature form. If you are wanting to make one for the first time, a great size to use is an old shoe box or tissue box, but as you can see from the photos, you can also use modeling clay to create your scene. The dollar store is a great resource for buying craft supplies for projects like this.

This is a fun project for all ages – some of these projects were done by teenagers for their Bible Camp project, others for a Sunday School lesson.
