The Three Feasts of the LORD (CSSA Junior Stage 1 Lesson 25)

The Feasts of the LORD are such an exciting way to end our Sunday School year! With our hearts bursting with joy for the goodness of our God, and our minds filled with the many lessons we have learned this year, we can share with the children this final reminder that our God loves and care for us. That God desires to dwell with us is a consistent message from the beginning of the Bible straight through to the end, and each feast has unique lessons that can teach us of our Heavenly Father.

God designed the Feasts intentionally as teaching tools – He anticipated our children asking us what it all means.

And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?” Exodus 12:24.

May our answer cause our families to bow our heads in reverence and worship the God of all the earth.
