The battle of David & Goliath is exciting and powerful for all Sunday School ages. We see in the young David how God works and prepares us for future roles. We see a young man ready to stand up for truth – even when his own older siblings judged him wrongly. Most importantly we see that David understood and lived believing that “this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

Thanks to Kate B. for sharing these practical challenges.
Each week we hope to share a practical challenge that can be incorporated into the lesson or as homework.
Lesson 21 – Practical Challenge
When David fought against lions and bears, he trusted God would be with him. He wasn’t worried when he fought against the giant Goliath, because he knew that God would be with him. God is with us too! Remember this in your week ahead and be confident that He will care for you.
In case you’ve forgotten, two dedicated Sunday School teachers have very useful Pinterest pages that link directly to the CSSA program. Each week we will share direct links to the Pinterest boards so you can quickly and easily get quality ideas if needed.
