David Returns Good for Evil (CSSA Primary Stage 2 Lesson 23)

This week’s lesson focuses on the spiritual growth of David, as he learned to trust that His God would protect and provide for him through the deeply troubling experience of fleeing from King Saul. The drama of David fleeing around one side of the mountain while Saul’s men chase him on the other side is sure to capture the attention of the children.

Lesson 23 – Practical Challenge

Show the love of God to those around you by being kind, sharing and thinking of others – even if others aren’t being kind and thoughtful towards you.

Craft Ideas

In case you’ve forgotten, two dedicated Sunday School teachers have very useful Pinterest pages that link directly to the CSSA program. Each week we will share direct links to the Pinterest boards so you can quickly and easily get quality ideas if needed.
