Distracted by the hope of new pets, the Tinys resume daily life. The beach boys put on their first show. Some of them hear a strange noise. An investigation ensues and a harmful plot is discovered. Before Uncle Louis can reach the offenders, damage is done and the rainmaker turns on unexpectedly.
